Custom Installation
Fabricated enclosures, hidden wiring, and one-off builds for show cars, trucks, and daily drivers.
Some builds don’t fit in a catalog. If you’re after a show-quality trunk build, a fabricated subwoofer enclosure that fits your exact space, or wiring so clean it looks factory, this is that department.
What’s included
- One-on-one design consultation — sketch it out, or bring inspiration photos
- Custom fiberglass, MDF, or acrylic enclosure fabrication
- Hidden wiring and amp-rack builds
- Paint, wrap, or upholstery-matched finishing on request
- Fit and finish checked against your actual vehicle, not a generic template
Why Express Car Audio
This is the kind of work that separates a shop from an installer. Our team has built custom setups for daily drivers, show cars, and trucks alike, and every build starts with a free consultation so there are no surprises on price or timeline.
