We do not collect payment information through this website — nothing here processes payments, and we never ask for financial account numbers, card numbers, or passwords through any form on this site.

Standard technical information (like general browser/device type and pages visited) may be logged automatically by our hosting provider, Netlify, as part of normal web server operation. This site also uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit) — Google Analytics does not receive the contents of anything you type into a form on this site. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

Respond to your quote request, appointment request, or job application

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Form submissions on this site (Get a Free Quote, Request an Appointment, and Careers) are sent directly to our internal automation system (n8n), which routes each submission to the right inbox and keeps a basic record so we can follow up with you. Every form on this site includes a hidden spam-prevention field ("honeypot") that real visitors never see or fill in — it exists only to help filter out automated bot spam and does not collect anything about you.

Photos and Videos of Customer Vehicles

Like most local car audio and tint shops, we photograph and occasionally video completed work to show on this website, our Gallery, and our social media. Here's exactly how we handle that:

We photograph vehicles, not customers — our photos and videos are not intended to show customers' faces or other personal details.
License plates and other identifying information are excluded or removed before any photo or video is used on this site.
If you'd prefer your vehicle not be photographed or featured, just let us know when you drop it off — we're happy to skip it, no explanation needed.
If you ever see a photo or video of your vehicle here and would like it taken down, contact us using the information below and we'll remove it.

Information Sharing

We only share information with the outside services needed to run this website and respond to you — currently Netlify (website hosting), n8n (routing form submissions to us), and Google Analytics (general site-traffic statistics only, not form contents). If you apply for financing through one of our financing partners (Synchrony, Snap Finance, or Acima), that application is submitted directly to them, not through this website, and is governed by their own privacy policy — we don't see or store your financial application details.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

You can always ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just contact us. If you're a California resident, you may have additional rights under California privacy law (such as the CCPA) regarding your personal information; contact us using the information below to make a request.

Children's Privacy
